This Bald Eagle's name is Pawgwashiing Migizi, or Pawgwa for short. The name is Ojibway for "Bald Eagle of the Shallow Waters."
She was found as a 4-month-old bird wandering on a beach near Thunder Bay. X-rays revealed broken and poorly healed bones in her left wing – she had likely fallen from the nest.
Unfortunately, the damage turned out to be permanent and she's not able to fly.
